Kasia Czarnecka
Training and Development Manager
Kasia joined Equate Scotland in February 2023. She holds a Master’s in Psychology and Senior Trainer qualifications. She is a skilled people and project manager, with extensive experience in designing and delivering services, and a particular focus on supporting individuals from marginalised groups and backgrounds. Passionate about mentoring, Kasia has managed mentoring programmes, trained mentors and mentees, and has been a mentor and mentee herself.
At Equate, Kasia provides training and support to STEM employers from academia and industry, to create positive change in employment practices, behaviours and workplace cultures. She also manages a team of Training and Engagement Coordinators who provide support to women in STEM.
