Change Management and Worklife Balance
More information about this webinar
COVID-19 has meant adjusting to considerable change in our personal and work lives for all of us; changes in where we work, how we work, and even if we work. Many of us are navigating these changes while juggling other pressing and new commitments in our lives, whether that be home schooling and entertaining children, caring for those isolating or shielding, or taking on voluntary roles in our communities. For some of us it might be that we feel more isolated and without the connections we usually have. It is important to create a space for ourselves to process and consider the impact of these changes, as well as think about how we can best manage them.
In collaboration with master certified coach and Leadership Consultant Lee Chalmers, Equate Scotland is offering a free webinar for women in STEM to take stock of the changes that have impacted on their lives. The webinar will provide opportunity to:
– Understand how times of uncertainty, ambiguity and change impact your leadership/ability to do your job
– Identify strategies to manage change for yourself and others
– Share and hear top tips for managing work life balance under lockdown
