We offer one-to-one career guidance sessions to support women to move forward. Our career coach can help you plan your next steps, whether you are considering a career change, returning after a career break, aiming for a promotion or seeking your next opportunity.
Friends of Equate Network
A free online network for women in STEM across Scotland, offering community, peer support, and training opportunities. Open to all women in STEM, it provides year-round events and resources to help members connect, grow, and thrive.
Experiential Learning
Equate provides several experiential learning events every year. These intensive 3-4 day courses provide attendees with real industry insight and experience, and provide networking opportunities for attendees, whilst developing their practical skills and knowledge.
Training and Workshops
We provide a wide range of free online and in-person training and workshop opportunities for women and other underrepresented groups in STEM. Our training and workshops provide a space for women to connect, engage, and learn for their professional development.
