This training covers what we mean by “positive action”, the legal definitions, how to ensure your organisation is pursuing real and effective outreach to women and how to evidence the need for women-only or women-focused engagement.

The training focuses on the use of language, particularly in recruitment and marketing, and how this can include biases which exclude some groups from applying for jobs or deselecting themselves from participating in your organisation’s activities.

The training is practical, with case studies, interactive discussion and next steps.
