Equate Scotland is seeking employers in the STEM and built environment industries to participate in our Women Returners work-placement scheme.
The scheme will support employers to offer paid placements to 40 women looking to return to STEM following career breaks.
Interested employers should be keen to welcome more women into their organisations and able to offer paid 3-month placements.
This project follows a highly-successful 2016 pilot, which provided 15 women paid placements with SSE, Scottish Power and EDF Energy.
The project is in partnership with Prospect Union and is funded by Scottish Government.
