Kirstie leads our training design and delivery to industry and academia. Kirstie previously ran the Skills Development Scotland funded modern apprentice mentoring project and has developed an SQA accredited “Training the Trainer” course. She also led our work with Scottish Engineering to support SMEs develop gender equality interventions. She has significant experience in publication writing and training on equality and diversity issues. She has previously worked for Scottish Women’s Aid where she was responsible for the national CEDAR network. She has a wealth of experience in monitoring and evaluating project work and interventions to prove they are having an impact.
Women’s talent needed to keep Scottish tech industry growing: As digital transformation increases the need for people with technical skillsets, we need to tackle the gender divide and encourage more women into careers in technology.
