This workshop will review what we have learned from COVID and working conditions. Many employers are still thinking through their hybrid working plans and how to support their workforce

This workshop will include:

  • Exploring employee expectation changes since the pandemic
  • Understanding the intersectional impact of COVID on women working in STEM
  • Exploring the benefits of hybrid and homeworking and how to expand on these
  • Exploring the challenges and mitigation factors for these
  • Consider strategies for effective and productive hybrid working and training , policy and support
  • How to use the experience of the pandemic to build the business case for flexibility

The session provides practical steps forward.
