Equate Research Survey – Women’s lived experiences of the Scottish STEM industry

Research Survey: Women's lived experiences of the Scottish STEM industries

Equate Scotland is conducting research into women’s and non-binary peoples’ lived experiences of the Scottish STEM sectors. We are hoping to use this research to get a baseline measurement of how included women feel within the STEM industries.

There is not enough data available to understand why the gender gap in STEM remains so stubborn. We are hoping that this research can highlight some of the issues that create barriers for women in STEM.

This research is taking the format of an anonymous survey which should take around 30 minutes to complete.

We would love to hear the experiences of as many women as possible so we can continue our work towards a fairer, more inclusive, and thriving Scottish STEM sector.

We would appreciate it if you would be able to share this with your networks. The links to the survey and our linked-in promotion are below.
