Employers use our services to help them recruit and retain women, support the career development of female employees and develop a fair and open workplace culture.

We work in all areas of industry and academia to create diverse, equal and family friendly workplaces. We enable employers to develop a workplace culture which meets both their business needs and the aspirations of all their staff.

We work with employers to provide opportunities to women through our returners support which offers three months paid returnships and paid placements to women students during the summer period.

Our consultancy service helps employers to create an environment which supports equality and diversity.
